ISO14001 - High-level enterprise environmental protection certification

With the continuous development of social economy and the continuous increase of population, the deterioration of the environment endangers human survival, health and sustainable development. The 14000 series of standards were revised and improved by ISOInternational Organization for Standardization in 2004. 14001 is the leading standard of14000 series standards, the full name of which is ISO14001 environmental managementsystem. It refers to the conformity assessment activities implemented by a third-party certification agency according to ISO14001 standards.

ISO14001 Environmental Management System Standard

It includes the identification of environmental factors, the evaluation and control of important environmental factors, the identification, acquisition and compliance of applicable environmental laws and regulations, and the formulation and implementation of environmental policies and objectives, with a view to achieving the goal of pollution prevention, energy conservation and consumption reduction, improving resource utilization, and ultimately achieving continuous improvement of environmental performance.

Seven types of environmental factors

In the ISO14001 environmental management system, there are seven types of environmental factors, that is, seven forms of environmental factors. Seven types of environmental factors should be considered when identifying environmental factors.

1. Atmospheric emissions: such as waste gas and smoke generated by boilers;

2. Water body discharge: domestic sewage discharge, industrial wastewater discharge;

3. Waste disposal: such as oily rags, waste residue and other toxic and hazardous waste disposal;

4. Land pollution: such as oil and chemical leakage;

5. Impact on the community: such as noise;

6. Consumption of raw materials and natural resources.

7. Other local environmental problems: such as ecological environment damage, electromagnetic pollution, bottom subsidence, etc.
