Criteria and precautions for passing the SLCP validation process

SLCP aims to replace the current self owned CoC audit of brands and retailers, so as to reduce the audit fatigue of foreign trade factories. In SLCP verification, SLCP approved verifiers verify the answers of specific facilities to the questions in the data collection tool. In summary, validation includes:

1. Remote document review (optional)

2. On site verification (mandatory)

3. Complete and submit verification results on AH platform (mandatory)

The SLCP validation process passes the following criteria:

Review lists all failed emails,

Make changes to the validated evaluation report as needed,

Change the status from "Validation is being modified" to "Validation completed" to terminate the report again, and it is better to complete all these operations within 4 calendar days.

On the fifth calendar day after the evaluation status changes from "Verification in Progress" (via VRQ) to "Verification Being Modified", the evaluation status will automatically change from "Verification Being Modified" to VRC (Verification Completed), regardless ofwhether the verifier has edited it or not. This ensures that the evaluation process can continue and that the factory can start reviewing the verified evaluation report.

If the automatic SLCP data quality check does not cause a failure, the validation is completed and the evaluation is in the "Validation Completed" state.
