How to submit SLCP validation data and what are the follow-up work?

To ensure that the report accurately reflects the situation of the factory, the following steps must be followed:

Step 1: The Verifier discusses the validation findings with the factory, and resolves any disputes before entering validation data on the AccreditedHost (AH: an approved hosting platform), and it is better to resolve them in the closing meeting before the on-site validation is completed.

Step 2: Once the verifier completes the verification data online, AH will notify the factory, and the factory can access the verified evaluation report online or offline. The factory must review the report within 15 natural days, put forward any problem points related to the problem itself to the verifier/VerifierBody (VB: Verification Company), formally appeal the report, or approve it.

Note: After the report is completed, any changes made by the verifier to the report must be approved by the factory within 15 natural days of the factory review stage. The factory must be informed of any changes and the time of their occurrence, so that the factory can re review (the changed report) and accept verification within 15 natural days.

Note: SLCP will conduct quality inspection after the verifier provides verification data. If the quality inspection judgment needs to be corrected, SLCP or VOO will contact the verifier. The quality inspection will be conducted within the first few days after the report is submitted by the verifier. After the quality inspection, the verification data will be sent to the factory.
